3.3 Identity Verification (KYC): 7reels may request valid proof of identity (MyKad or passport) for identity verification purposes, particularly before processing large withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. This process is an industry-standard measure to protect the security of both the platform and its users.
3.4 Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the 7reels support team immediately via live chat.
7reels only accepts deposits via legitimate and certified Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods: The 7reels platform accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX online banking (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, and other local Malaysian banks). Foreign payment methods are not accepted.
4.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit into a 7reels account is RM20 per transaction. There is no set maximum deposit limit; however, 7reels reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding certain amounts.
4.3 Personal Funds: You may only deposit funds from legitimate sources that belong to you. The use of another person's credit card or bank account is strictly prohibited. 7reels does not accept deposits made through third-party accounts.
4.4 Deposit Processing: Deposits via Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and DuitNow are typically processed instantly. Deposits via FPX may take up to 10 minutes depending on the bank's system response. 7reels is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility: You may request a withdrawal at any time as long as your account is in good standing and has no active restrictions. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
5.2 Processing Time: Withdrawals for regular members are processed within 1 to 3 hours after the request is approved. For 7reels VIP members, withdrawals can be completed in as little as 15 minutes. First-time withdrawals from a new account may require additional verification.
5.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements: If your account has an active bonus balance that has not yet met the wagering requirements, withdrawals may be restricted until those requirements are fulfilled. The specific wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
5.4 Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account in your name. 7reels does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 7reels are subject to the wagering requirements and time limits stated in each offer.
6.1 Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members registering a 7reels account for the first time. Each user is entitled to claim the welcome bonus only once. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus value — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means you need to place a total of RM2,000 in bets before withdrawing any bonus-related winnings.
6.3 Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not met within the specified period will expire automatically. Expired bonus value will not be reinstated.
6.4 Right to Cancel Bonuses: 7reels reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify the terms of any promotion or bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of these terms.
The 7reels Sports Betting section covers football, cricket, E-Sports, badminton, and more. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:
7.1 Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 7reels system and a bet reference number has been issued. Unconfirmed bets will not be paid out, even if the outcome would have been in your favour.
7.2 Match Results: Bet settlements are determined based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body – FIFA for football, ICC for cricket, and the respective authority for other sports. 7reels will not entertain any claims based on unofficial results or media reports.
7.3 Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed and does not resume within 12 hours, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes refunded. In-play bets that have passed a certain point in the match may be subject to sport-specific rules that vary accordingly.
7.4 Incorrect Odds: 7reels reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from technical errors or human error. Affected users will be notified and their stake will be refunded in full.
7.5 Betting Limits: 7reels reserves the right to set maximum betting limits for specific users or markets without being required to provide a reason. These limits may vary based on sport type, match, and user profile.

8.1 Game Results: For slots and digital games, outcomes are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent auditing body. For 7reels Live Casino games, results are determined by physical outcomes monitored by camera – real card shuffles and actual wheel spins.

11.2 7reels' liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days prior to the liability claim arising.
